Castle Cary Children’s Carnival

The Castle Cary Children’s Carnival that took place this afternoon was both bigger and better than ever. The children’s participation was enthusiastic, their costumes were brilliant and a lovely time was had by all. Brue Valley Rotary Club’s Specialist Carnival Unit comprising Andrew M, Melanie, Jonny, Nicky and Roger W were ever present in working the onlookers so as to achieve maximum bucket donations. The jury is still out on the weighty and important question as to whether Mr Moore’s bucket was the heaviest! No prizes for guessing the identity of the strange orange creature!
